Palindrome
A sequence $a_0, a_1, \ldots a_n$ is a palindrome if $a_i = a_{n-i}$ for all $0 \leq i \leq n$.
The sequence $A, C, G, C, A$ is a palindrome whereas $A, C, T$ is not.
